Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
Our fee structure is project based. We give accurate estimates for you to approve and sign off on before any photography work begins. That way you know exactly what to expect. We’ll work with you to help you save on costs. For example, doing a single shoot instead of multiple photo shoots can save you money and help you get your photos faster. However, we are also happy to come back when the flowers are in bloom and your landscaping is looking its best!
Do you edit all of the photographs?
All of our images are hand-edited individually. We don’t do any automated or batch editing. We pay special attention to each image—nothing is mass-produced.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Typically we can get your photos to you within a matter of days so you can start advertising your property right away.
Do I own the copyright to the photos?
Copyright is a property right. Under the Federal Copyright Act, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment they are created. The person who created the image (the photographer) holds the copyright to the photo. We give our clients unlimited permission to distribute, publically display and print or post our photographs. We retain the right to use the images for promotional purposes.
How will I get my photos?
Your photographs will be delivered to you as digital files that can be downloaded.
What kind of equipment will be used?
We use a professional Canon body, flashes and lenses.
Do you keep backups?
We keep all images organized and safe in our archives in case you need them months or even years later.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, absolutely. We can provide you with a certificate of insurance upon request.
