Getting the lay of the land is crucial in understanding a dwelling place. Clue your future residents in on whether or not there is a playground for their kids and how close parking is to their front door.
Landscaping can make or break a property — which is why more residences sell or lease quickly during the spring and summer months. Getting great photos while the pool is open and the flowers are in bloom can enhance your sales tremendously.
Exterior features we shoot include:
- Open spaces, parks, lakes and reservoirs
- Outdoor signage
- Water features and flowers
- Swimming pools
- Common areas
- Dog runs and dog parks
- Tennis courts, basketball courts
Overcast, or cloudy days are not typically the best for exterior building shots. If it’s overcast, we may want to reschedule your photo shoot for a sunny day with blue sky. Early mornings are great because there are fewer shadows. Dusk is also a great time for shooting photos without shadows—that’s why they call it the “golden hour.”
Night shots and twilight photographs are a favorite of ours. We’ll capture your property as the sun is setting, giving everything a warm glow as street lights and signs begin to turn on. Our photographer uses a long exposure on his camera to get the effect just right.
