Interior photos can give the viewer a better idea of the spaciousness of the rooms, the floor plan, the appliances, fixtures and any architectural details. This type of photography is also a great way to showcase amenities like a fitness center, pool area or meeting room.
We prefer to shoot with ambient light as much as possible. Ambient light, or natural light, is the light that already exists inside a space. However, we use lights and flashes to fill in dark corners, when necessary, to obtain even lighting throughout the frame. Overcast or cloudy days don not affect interior shots as much so typically, we can shoot interiors regardless of the weather.
While we can photograph empty, vacant or unfurnished apartments, having furniture and interior décor in your photos gives the viewer a reference point for the size and dimensions of a room. It helps them know if their TV is going to fit or whether or not their couch will be too small.
